Bedding
Choosing bed linen begins with the fabric. Percale feels cool, matt and dry; cotton sateen smooth with a subtle sheen; MicroModal soft and light; linen textured and pleasantly cool. All four fabrics are woven in Northern Italy. In our ateliers in Germany and Poland, every piece is cut and sewn for each individual order. Each collection includes a duvet cover, pillowcase and matching sheets in the fabrics and colours of that collection. This allows the entire bed to be composed within one coherent material and colour world, rather than simply covered. Where no standard size is suitable, we make each piece to your measurements.

Frequently asked questions about bedding
Which fabric feels the coolest?
Percale and linen. Percale feels matt, dry and cool, while linen also feels pleasantly cool due to its fibre structure. Cotton sateen feels smoother but warmer; MicroModal is light, soft and fluid.
Which bedding creases the least?
Cotton sateen and MicroModal generally retain a smoother, more even surface than percale and linen. With linen, natural creasing is part of the fabric’s character.
Can I combine fabrics and colours?
Yes. Every piece, whether a duvet cover, pillowcase or sheet, is available individually and can be combined across collections.
Where do the fabrics come from?
The fibres originate in different regions: Pima cotton comes from the United States, beechwood from Europe, and flax from Belgium and France. All four fabrics are woven in Northern Italy, then cut and sewn in our ateliers in Germany and Poland.
Do you also make bedding to measure?
Yes. Our shop offers sizes from 135×200 to 280×240 cm. We also make other sizes to your measurements where technically possible, and confirm the price before you order.
What washing temperatures are recommended?
White percale and linen can be washed at 60 °C. Coloured percale, cotton sateen and MicroModal should be washed at no more than 40 °C. Always follow the care label for the individual product.
Can I feel the fabrics before ordering?
Yes. Order fabric samples to compare the feel, colour and drape of each fabric at home.
