Who is the 260×240 cm size designed for?

The generous 260×240 cm duvet invites all who value shared sleep comfort and freedom of movement. It is ideal for double beds from 180×200 cm up to 200×200 cm – whether box spring or king-size beds. In France, this size is recommended for 180×200 cm beds and is also used for 160×200 cm beds when an especially generous overhang is desired.

Note: While in Germany the standard sizes are 135×200 cm, 155×220 cm, and 200×200 cm, 260×240 cm stands for a noticeable increase in comfort – perfect for those who appreciate more space under the duvet.

Suitable pillow sizes

In Germany, pillows measuring 80×80 cm and 40×80 cm are common. For our large couple’s duvet, we recommend:

• 2 × 80×80 cm – classic, with plenty of surface area
• 2 × 40×80 cm – ergonomic, more space on the mattress
• Optional: 50×70 cm / 60×80 cm or decorative 40×40 cm for harmonious layering (many special sizes available)

• Flat sheets: for beds from 180×200 cm, size guides recommend generous dimensions such as 254×294 cm or 294×314 cm – ideal for tucking in.
